Community Counts and You Can Count On Me, Denise Moore Pierce!

• Everything a community needs is a short drive away except most of our jobs
• We need to focus our efforts on economic development that will create more good paying jobs in Loudoun to relieve pressure on property taxes
• To bring more jobs to Loudoun, we must make sure our community stays well maintained and our school system prepares students to take those jobs

You Can Count On Me To Advocate For…

• Continuing to hold the line on real estate tax increases while making sure developers pay their fair share of infrastructure through flexible proffers
• Continuing to invest in our mature community to make sure the area remains safe and vibrant with well-maintained bike trails, ball fields, and parks
• Responsive government town hall meetings and job fairs for citizens
• Making sure the services we expect, like the library, fire department, and Sugarland police substation, have the resources they need to be effective
• A wise use of technology to continuously innovate the delivery of public services. Serving the public through better technology will not only save money but
     time for residents as well
• Innovative and cost-effective transporation solutions including Metrorail to Loudoun and improvements to Rt. 7
• Paying our public employees competitive wages so they can afford to live where they work, giving them the tools to do their job, and trusting them to help
find solutions to the challenges we face
• Full-day kindergarten
